I have a minor obsession with these Lilly Pads.. The patterns are endless and there are continual colors and ripples evolving in this pool.

The was something slightly spooky about this bird just perched on these branches and observing me. His eyes seemed to follow me. And the pattern of these branches brought this image together for me. Like a puzzle, in preparation for the Halloween season just around the corner
